7T is a Neuro Progressive Care Mixed Acuity unit at Henry Ford Jackson.

Midnight Shift: 2–12 hrs/week, 7:00 pm–7:30 am, rotating weekends/holidays. Eligible for Sign‑on Bonus.

• Shift: 7pm – 7:30am
• Sign‑on bonus available
• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health‑care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

• BSN preferred.
• Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire.
• Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year hospital inpatient RN experience.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, titrating vasoactive drips, post‑surgical care, post‑PCI care, and chest tubes.
• Professional certifications to support a culture of nursing excellence.
• Participation in Professional Advancement Ladder (PAL).

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
