Program Manager

Technique, Inc. is an advanced manufacturing organization specializing in rapid prototyping, ultra‑low volume production, and emergency manufacturing. The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross‑functional manufacturing programs from initiation through delivery. This role ensures programs meet customer requirements, timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives while serving as the primary point of coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, short lead‑time environment
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems

• Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, welding, or precision manufacturing
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority

• Lead end‑to‑end program execution from quote handoff through production and delivery
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Serve as the primary customer contact for program status, risks, and deliverables
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and elevate issues when necessary
• Facilitate regular program reviews and internal status meetings
