• Manage small to medium technical projects and support more complex projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Plan, implement, control quality, ensure engineering safety, report status, and close assigned projects.
• Plan and manage medium‑to‑large sized projects of moderate‑to‑high complexity.
• Ensure project results provide positive business value.
• Meet agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans that provide timely deliverables to achieve objectives.
• Identify initial risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to develop project tasks and deliverables for successful execution.
• Manage multiple projects at various development stages concurrently.
• Facilitate workflow during a project to conform to the plan, covering forecasting, scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Ensure team members understand authority and responsibility for their portion of the project.
• Lead project communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Present to client leadership team.
• Assist in developing performance metrics and tracking project performance.
• Recommend new processes, techniques, and standards that drive performance and process management.
• Prioritize and drive implementation of process enhancements.
• Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and related project expenditures.

• Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering or Relevant Field.
• 3+ years applied engineering or equivalent experience; project management experience with Project Livecycle Processes (PLP) framework.
• Project management skills, prioritization, and deadline‑meeting ability.
• Planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal, written, meeting facilitation, and negotiation communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for effective presentations and technical communication to non‑technical clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, resolve issues, drive projects to closure, and implement change.
• Ability to earn sponsor trust, mobilize and motivate teams, set direction, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages, and execute under ambiguity.
• Optional Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Familiarity with electric transmission or distribution infrastructure.
• Experience leading complex projects impacting large energy customers, municipalities, or agencies.
• Proven risk identification and management.
• Experience reporting project status to senior leadership.
• Valid driver’s license.
