We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in improving supply chain performance, optimizing warehouse operations, and strengthening supplier and carrier relationships.

🔎What You’ll Do:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Optimize warehouse stocking programs and material flow processes
- Partner with Engineering, QA, IT, and Operations teams to implement new supply chain solutions
- Translate business challenges into technical requirements for system improvements
- Use SQL and analytical tools to identify trends and root causes
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Conduct occasional site visits to warehouses/distribution centers
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or operations
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or visualization tools a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
