As an Agent Producer, you’ll work closely with a seasoned agency owner, learning every facet of building and running a successful insurance business. This includes sales, client management, operations, and leadership, all through comprehensive training geared toward agency ownership.

While assisting clients in protecting what matters most—across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance lines—you’ll hone your expertise, build your client base, and lay the groundwork to eventually run your own agency.

• Grow and maintain a client base through networking, prospecting, and community involvement

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
