Talent Acquisition Specialist

Technique, Inc. is a Michigan-based leader in precision stamping, tubing, and welding, serving aerospace, automotive, medical, and food processing industries. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in scaling our workforce and strengthening our culture.

You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high‑performing talent who elevate the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and success profiles
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions

    Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with HR and leadership
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or Equivalent industry experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, or skilled labor roles preferred
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
