Talent Acquisition Specialist
Technique, Inc. is a Michigan-based leader in precision stamping, tubing, and welding, serving aerospace, automotive, medical, and food processing industries. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in scaling our workforce and strengthening our culture.
You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high‑performing talent who elevate the organization.
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and success profiles
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions
Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with HR and leadership - Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness, and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or Equivalent industry experience
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, or skilled labor roles preferred
- Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Be a strategic partner in a growing, high‑performance manufacturing organization
- Work directly with decision‑makers and company leadership
- Play a visible role in shaping the future workforce
