Overview

Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center. This management role is responsible for the overall facility management, care delivery, profitability, day-to-day operations, and facility direction in all aspects.

• Responsible for overall facility management, care delivery, profitability, day-to-day operations, and facility direction in all aspects.
• Accountable for resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, census development, management of accounts receivable/collections, and maximization of net operating income.
• Lead the implementation of all Well Bridge programs and ensure that all constituents have an EPIC experience; when breakdowns occur, promptly remedy them.

• Base salary in the range $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr

• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license issued for the state of Michigan (REQUIRED).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or other health care related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to the long-term care industry.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, with proven ability to make sound business decisions.
