Overview
One of our clients is seeking Case Managers in the Jackson, MI area.
Client's available hours: 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities- Mental health services
- Case management
- BSW
- Case management/Mental health experience and experience working with electronic medical record software, preferred
- CMHP or/and QMHP
- Establish a relationship with one of the nation s largest referral agencies for behavioral-health and special education.
- Compensation processed weekly.
- Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule.
