This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial forecasts, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with budget planning. The role includes reconciling accounts, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will also support audits, provide financial analyses to support decision-making, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Qualifications- Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and preparing forecasts
- Strong skills in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable management
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and audit procedures
- Proficiency with accounting software, financial tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/MBA is a plus)
- Previous experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is an advantage
