Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

We are currently seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team and report to the Branch Manager. As a Retail In-Store Financial Service Representative, you will deliver five‑star service while building relationships with members and potential new members. Outstanding teamwork and a positive, customer‑first attitude are essential.

• Deliver stellar service to credit union members and potential new members.
• Serve as a face for our brand—confident, optimistic, and welcoming.
• Provide individualized financial solutions, helping members with loan decisions, savings strategies, and account selection.
• Introduce new members to all the perks of being a Michigan First Credit Union member.
• Follow through on promises, ensuring every detail is covered.

• Outgoing and personable; enjoy engaging with people.
• Professional experience, preferably 3+ years, in financial sales, retail, or a relationship banker/personal banker role.
• Customer service experience of at least 3 years.
• Quick learning ability; high school diploma/GED required, Associate’s in business or related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, to serve members.
• Team player capable of assisting across all in‑store locations as needed.
