Jackson College is seeking a collaborative and student-centered professional to serve as Coordinator of the Center for Student Success. This role is central to advancing student achievement, retention, and completion by ensuring equitable access to tutoring, academic support, and disability accommodations.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Student Support and Success.
Essential Functions- Coordinate daily operations of the Center for Student Success
- Oversee peer and faculty tutoring services, including scheduling and coverage
- Coordinate academic accommodations (e.g., testing adjustments, note-taking support, alternative formats, interpreters, assistive technology)
- Guide students through the accommodation intake process and documentation review
- Supervise and support student employees and tutors, including hiring, training, and timesheet approval
- Monitor and evaluate services for special population students to support academic success
- Coordinate Early Alert processes to proactively support student persistence
- Maintain records, collect data, and prepare reports to assess program effectiveness
- Support Testing Lab operations as needed
- Maintain department supplies and assist with budget-related processes
- Contribute to outreach efforts, workshops, and student engagement activities
- Make referrals to campus and community resources when appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience working with confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing responsive, student-focused service
- Experience supporting students with disabilities or coordinating accommodations
- Experience working in higher education or student support services
- Experience supervising student employees or peer leaders
