4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts (Clinic)
Call Requirements: 24-hour hospital call, Tuesday Monday, 2 weeks per month (1:2 call ratio)
Coverage Duration: ASAP Ongoing
- Reason for coverage is current vacancy. They need someone starting Feb 1, they understand that with the current credentialing timeline, it will be closer to April as a start date.
Patient Load:
Office/Clinic: patients per day
Hospital-based: 1 case per day
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Travel/Reimbursement:
Prefer local providers but will consider Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursement.
Submission Requirements
Board Certified in Rheumatology REQUIRED
Michigan medical license REQUIRED
Fellowship-trained in Rheumatology REQUIRED
BLS certification REQUIRED
Ability to perform clinic and hospital-based rheumatology procedures, including joint aspirations and corticosteroid injections REQUIRED
Familiarity with Epic EMR system PREFERRED
