Procurement Analyst II

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations by coordinating purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing procurement data. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure efficient purchasing processes and reliable supply of goods and services.

• Coordinate payment, delivery, scheduling, and organization of purchases
• Place and track purchase orders to ensure ongoing supply
• Communicate with vendors to clarify terms and support procurement agreements
• Maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring company policies are followed
• Analyze procurement data and purchasing trends to support decision-making
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to support purchasing needs
• Participate in vendor meetings and occasional facility visits when required

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management
