• Engage in substantial contact with external vendors, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Present vendor interactions with professionalism and reasonableness to ensure mutual understanding of agreement terms.
• Apply attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate procurement data analysis and to ensure the company meets its obligations.
• Attend client meetings and potential facility inspections, with the flexibility to split office time and undertake significant travel.

• Coordinate payment, delivery, scheduling, and organization of purchases; place orders to maintain ongoing supply.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience preferred, especially involving vendor–client interaction.
• Recent graduates with internship experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
