Job Overview

This is a Contract position based out of Jackson, MI. The role is mainly internal with some customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Support Microsoft platform with a focus on Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
  • Work with customers and stakeholders.
  • Primarily operational and troubleshooting.
  • Document technical processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Administrative or engineer experience with the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Wholistic understanding of Microsoft platform.
  • Ability to document technical processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer experience skills.
  • Able to review published technology documents and define, communicate changes that impact our organization.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Any experience with on‑premise Active Directory and Entra .
Desired Skills
  • Focus in Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Generalist across Microsoft stack.
  • Strong communication.
  • Comfortability with Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements
  • 3 days per week on site at first, transition to 1 day per week after comfortable.
  • Standard business hours, 8am‑5pm, flexible start time.
  • No expectation for on call.
  • Hopeful role will turn permanent after a year but may extend if no headcount.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
