We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility dedicated to exceptional geriatric care. This is a key leadership role for a confident nurse leader who values quality, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, currently licensed in the State of Alabama
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Long-term care or nursing home experience strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Positive, compassionate attitude toward the elderly
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the nursing team
- Oversee all aspects of the nursing department and clinical operations
- Collaborate closely with the Administrator and department heads
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Promote high-quality resident care and uphold residents’ rights
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and nursing standards
- Develop, implement, and support staff training and development plans
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and accountability
