* * About this opportunity:
** We are looking for an IT Engineer to join Ericsson. In this role, you will support IT services, help keep systems running smoothly, and contribute to improvements in infrastructure and applications. You will work with technologies such as Open Shift, containers, Linux, databases, and networking.

* What you will do:

*** Infrastructure & Operations
* Install and configure customer IT infrastructure with third-party support
* Monitor system performance and make improvements when needed
* Support capacity planning and infrastructure sizing
* Analyze system impacts and maintain technical documentation
* Development & Testing
* Develop simple IT code and interfaces based on requirements
* Perform basic unit and functional testing
* Troubleshoot, debug, and fix software issues
* Document solutions and changes
* Application & Service Support
* Identify and troubleshoot application issues
* Support Service Assurance activities:
* Restore services quickly during incidents (within SLA)
* Perform root cause analysis and manage trouble tickets
* Analyze service impact during interruptions
* Process Quality & Monitoring
* Create scripts to monitor system and business KPIs (performance, volume)
* Monitor data quality and consistency
* Analyze results and support improvement actions
* Prepare reports
* Develop scripts for technical jobs (one-time or recurring)
* Support forecasting and planning for future hardware and software needs
** The skills you bring:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field
* 5–8 years of relevant experience
* Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and data analysis
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of Linux commands, SQL queries, Networking concepts
