ORS Consulting is a global Engineering and Consultancy Company operating in the field of Technical Safety, Risk Management and Process Safety, with offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the UK, the Netherlands and Türkiye.

The company is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to work in its office in Izmir, Türkiye.

Main Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Operations Support team with tasks such as invoicing and project controls for one or more business units abroad.
  • Collecting and processing timesheets of global consultants and correlating them with projects.
  • Following up on payments.
  • Performing other operations support–related tasks such as follow-up of the project database, support with teambuilding activities and other organizational meetings, and user management.
  • Carrying out office administration tasks for the Türkiye Office, including management of payrolls in coordination with the accountant, handling office supplies, managing access control to the office, preparing and following up on travel expense reports, and providing other management support duties.
  • Supporting additional operational and management support activities as required, which may primarily include tasks related to data analysis, statistics, reporting, and similar administrative processes.
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience or background in finance and accounting will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to adapt easily to working with an international, multicultural team across different countries.
  • Knowledge of an additional Nordic language will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong social and communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accuracy, motivation, punctuality, and a positive attitude and mindset.
Preferred Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • No specific preference regarding years of experience.
