Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances and exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unauthorized activity.;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards, documenting observations and completing detailed incident and shift reports.;
Communicate professionally with store associates, customers, and local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when required, supporting investigations and maintaining a visible presence.
