Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, entrances and exits, parking areas and perimeter;
Monitor for unusual activity, potential policy violations and/or hazards, and report observations through required documentation and communication channels;
Support access control and visitor management activities, including observing entry points, assisting with directions and/or de-escalating minor conflicts when appropriate
