Provide customer service to staff and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access control requirements, and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and the location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public emergency services when needed.;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and key activity points for unusual conditions; assist with visitor check-in, directions, and de-escalation when appropriate.;
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and patrol activity using written reports and/or electronic reporting systems per site procedures.
