- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — New York license or RN compact privilege preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital of similar size and trauma level
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (12-hour nights)
- Willingness to float to Medical-Surgical (MS) units as needed
- Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with your application
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care as an ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN)
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress using Epic EMR
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Float to Medical-Surgical units when required and support acute care needs
- Communicate effectively with patients and families; provide education and emotional support throughout care
