• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals with orthopedic conditions in a clinical setting
• Conduct patient assessments, assist with treatments, and participate in care planning
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on orthopedic procedures, post-operative care, and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive patient experience
