• Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (1/20/2025 – 4/21/2025)
• Healthcare Setting: Vascular Access Unit
• Shift: Variable; 5x8 hour shifts per week (3x12s considered)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1980 - $2120
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing – Registered Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical (med/surg) nursing experience
• At least 1 year of vascular access experience, including PICC line insertion, Midlines, and Ultrasound Guided IVs
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for patients requiring vascular access
• Consult, assess, and insert vascular access devices such as PICCs, Midlines, and Ultrasound Guided IVs
• Deliver clinical support to healthcare providers, clinical staff, and patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health team members to coordinate and implement vascular access procedures
• Participate in training and mentoring staff on vascular access best practices and clinical protocols
• Work independently and utilize the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient care
