• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (10/28/2024 – 1/27/2025)
• Healthcare Setting: Surgical Services – Operating Room (OR)
• Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend, on-call required
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2030 - $2180
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact eligible
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative nursing)
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical skills in surgical services and patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and work every other weekend

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor a sterile surgical environment
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly
• Accurately document all aspects of perioperative patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality clinical support
• Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled weekend shifts as required
