Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our outpatient endoscopy center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gastrointestinal nursing and experience in assisting with procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.
Responsibilities

• Administer conscious sedation and monitor patients throughout the procedure.

• Obtain 12-lead EKG/ECG and manage IV therapy.

• Handle and label specimens accurately.

• Provide post-procedure care and recovery for patients under monitored anesthesia care sedation.

• Utilize charting systems, preferably Epic, for documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Endoscopy RN.

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

• Experience in outpatient endoscopy settings is preferred.
