Pay: $19.12 - $20.00/hr, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday
- Thursday: 11:00am - 8:30pm, Friday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm

Responsibility's:

Clean and sanitize glassware, china, flatware, pots, pans, production equipment, and work surfaces in accordance with established cleaning schedules and food safety standards.
Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, including changing water every two hours to ensure optimal performance. Promptly report equipment malfunctions to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Properly distribute, store, and organize clean cookware, utensils, glassware, china, and kitchen equipment.
Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot-washing stations to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
Remove trash, break down boxes, and dispose of soiled linens as needed to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complete daily temperature and chemical (PPM) logs to verify proper sanitation and compliance with health regulations.
