• Unit: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (4 South)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Start Date: July 21, 2025
• End Date: October 20, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: Night shifts, 12 hours each (3x12 per week)
• Patient Ratio: 1:5-6
• Floating: Will float between sister units (4 North and 4 South)
• Schedule: Every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to float between medical/surgical units as needed
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Deliver high-quality patient care on the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
• Float between assigned units as required
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as part of the nursing team
