• Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York healthcare jobs)
• Setting: Hospital – Imaging Ultrasound Main Unit
• Assignment Length: 11 weeks (travel sonographer assignment)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 4x10 hour day shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Call: One 12-hour call shift per week (overnight or weekend)
• Employment Type: Travel Ultrasound Technologist
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2260 - $2430 per week

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist or Sonographer
• Current ARDMS certification (or equivalent sonography certification required)
• Experience in General Sonography preferred
• Vascular Sonography experience preferred
• Ability to participate in call rotation (one 12-hour shift per week)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting

• Perform high-quality ultrasound exams following physician orders and hospital imaging protocols
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring safety and optimal performance
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging
• Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
• Participate in department call rotation, including one 12-hour overnight or weekend shift per week
• Provide compassionate patient care and support throughout imaging procedures
