- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Four days in clinic and one day in Operating Room per week
- One day per month spent in Cortland location
- Strong Extended Providers and Support Staff
- Excellent Benefits Package
- Salary Range $353,350-$491,561
