Review and process shipment transactions for one or more major accounts with proactive customer service;
Serve as the primary contact for all parties concerning assigned account contracts;
Check shipments in the warehouse to ensure that the shipping documents correspond to the actual shipments;
Create quotations for individual shipments, including estimating prices, selecting transportation companies, and setting profit margins;
Adhere to domestic and international shipping regulations and communicate changes to clients, coworkers, and third parties
