Regional Account Executive, Asset & Service Industries | EAM, Field Service Management
IFS, a leading enterprise software provider, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive with a passion for selling enterprise software solutions. The focuses on generating new revenue and building a net‑new client base within a multi‑state mid‑market territory.
Responsibilities- Generate revenue from subscription license sales, service sales, and maintenance services.
- Work within an assigned multi‑state territory of mid‑market companies ($400M – $100B+).
- Steer the execution of the sales cycle, including qualification, visioning, and presentations.
- Identify and manage various indirect sales channels and utilize business partners to supplement offerings and provide implementation services.
- Sell directly to executive‑level decision‑makers and effectively communicate IFS’ value proposition.
- Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000 plus 100% variable compensation.

- 5 years of relevant outside enterprise software sales and new business development experience based on complex software sales, Field Service or Enterprise Asset Management software is preferred.
- Experience with a long, complex sales process and a history of closing high‑door transactions with C‑level prospects.
- 5+ years of experience selling software.
- Ability to handle multiple buying influences and sell licenses and services together.
- Ability to work in and direct a large team environment with solution experts.
- Strong understanding of FSM, EAM & ERP technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field.
- Travel 50‑60%.
