Overview
Darley is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand and Event Manager and collaborate with team members across the organization. Strong, frequent communication is essential. You will support the marketing department in the coordination, planning, and execution of trade shows and events, as well as the development and maintenance of marketing materials and resources—including trade show assets, sell sheets, promotional items, and our image database.
Your primary focus will be managing the logistics and execution of trade shows and exhibitions that increase brand visibility and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities- Support and execute marketing initiatives under the direction of the Brand and Event Manager.
- Lead the execution and logistics of trade shows and exhibitions to achieve business objectives. Develop and manage detailed event project plans in Asana covering setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and all related event components.
- Assist with merchandise inventory management, including promotional items and branded materials.
- Support lead generation efforts through onsite activations and trade show engagement.
- Coordinate quotes, orders, and delivery of branded merchandise for company events and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill trade show requirements, effectively prioritizing multiple deadlines to meet deliverables.
- Maintain an organized content library by ensuring sell sheets, signage, and other marketing collateral remain current and accurate.
- Oversee in-house inventory of trade show display assets.
- Create trade show lists and assist with budget tracking within CRM (Salesforce).
- Coordinate with Darley’s warehouse department for and off-site display company for tracking, shipping, and retrieval of trade show assets.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including distributing information, data entry, proofreading, filing, copying, and packaging shipments. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines during peak event seasons
- Pre and post event follow-up
- Occasional travel required.
- GED with relevant marketing experience, or a related bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in project management, including developing and tracking project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborative, creative, and resourceful mindset.
- Highly organized, confident, and proactive in managing responsibilities.
- Strong ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and expectation-management skills.
