The Quality and Production Manager ensures that manufacturing operations run efficiently while meeting or exceeding quality standards. This role directly contributes to the company’s value by:

  • Driving Operational Excellence: Optimizing production processes to maximize output, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
  • Safeguarding Product Quality: Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control systems to ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Supporting Strategic Goals: Aligning production and quality initiatives with the organization’s overall objectives for growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

As a Manager, Quality Control & Production, you will be responsible to :

  • Direct and optimize production operations – Plan, organize, and oversee daily manufacturing activities to achieve output, cost, and efficiency targets.

  • Develop and implement quality management systems – Establish and maintain robust quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
    Approx. 25%
  • Lead and manage teams – Recruit, train, and develop staff; set performance goals; conduct evaluations; and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    Approx. 20%
  • Drive process improvement initiatives – Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

  • Monitor and report performance metrics – Track key indicators for production and quality, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree in operations management, Business Administration (MBA), or Quality Assurance.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

Work Experience:
