We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Operator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is committed to quality, safety, and efficiency, and takes pride in contributing to a smooth and reliable production process. You should be proactive, able to follow standard operating procedures, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

Operate production equipment according to work instructions and standard procedures.

Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and monitoring during production.

Ensure products meet quality standards and report defects or process issues.

Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) requirements.

Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.

Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.

Support production targets and department goals.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.

Cross-train on other production tasks as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Basic computer or data entry skills preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Ability to work safely and follow all company policies.
