We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in the Itasca area. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full benefits and long-term stability with an immediate need.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on programmer who enjoys optimizing machining processes, reducing cycle times, and supporting production with strong technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam
- Analyze and interpret blueprints and part designs
- Optimize programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time
- Develop fixtures to support setup reduction and efficiency
- Support manufacturing operations and ensure best machining practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam required)
- Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls
- Proficiency with Solid Works
- Experience programming vertical & horizontal mills and standard/dual spindle lathes
- Strong knowledge of fixturing, tooling, and machining optimization
- Problem‑solving mindset and strong collaboration skills
