Master Scheduler

Seeking a Production Scheduler to oversee planning for 9 key manufacturing areas, ensuring timely production to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production and shop order schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast to avoid shortages
• Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and internal departments
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably IFS) and Excel for planning
• Communicate schedule changes and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s is preferred. Associate is required.
• 2+ years in a supply chain role with a manufacturing company. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Excel, S&OP, and ERP systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
