Brilliant Financial Staffing is seeking a Claims Supervisor to lead a high-performing Claims team for a leading transportation and logistics company. This role manages domestic and international cargo/freight claims
, ensures compliance with shipping conventions, provides escalation support, and drives subrogation efforts.
- Lead daily Claims operations and ensure timely resolution
- Review and adjudicate complex cargo/freight claims
- Coach and mentor team members
- Drive subrogation and recovery efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain compliance and operational excellence
- 3+ years of claims experience (cargo, freight, or transportation)
- Supervisory or team-lead experience
- Knowledge of international freight claims and shipping conventions
- Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills
- Experience with Carrier Claim System, AS400, or Cargo Wise preferred
