10 is partnering with a rapidly scaling, technology-driven financial services organization to hire a Finance & Accounting Manager. Over the past several years, the business has experienced significant growth across revenue, customers, and operational complexity while maintaining a lean, high-impact finance function.

This role sits at the heart of accounting operations and financial process ownership. You’ll lead core close and reporting activities, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and play a hands‑on role in improving systems, controls, and workflows as the company continues to scale.

• Owning and driving the month‑end close and financial reporting process
• Leading reconciliations across financial and operational systems and resolving variances
• Strengthening internal controls and accounting processes as the business grows
• Improving close efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and smarter workflows
• Partnering with operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams on reporting and data accuracy
• Supporting policy implementation, system projects, and ad hoc finance initiatives
• Working within an enterprise ERP environment (Net Suite preferred)

• 3+ years’ experience in accounting or finance within financial services or highly regulated environments
• Big 4 Accounting background preferred.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working in fast‑growing, operationally complex businesses
• Process‑improvement mindset, someone who enjoys building, fixing, and scaling
• Clear communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills
