Overview
Description Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail oriented, highly motivated, team-focused individual to work on its public infrastructure projects. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Providing construction oversight and management on various infrastructure including transportation, water, wastewater, and storm water related projects.
- Oversight of contractors on the project site and responsible to ensure quality construction in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Manage activities such as layout, inspection, documentation and pay estimates as well as project closeout/resolve material deficiencies.
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Completing field and testing reports.
- Previous construction engineering experience on transportation, water, wastewater, and stormwater related projects preferred.
- Local agency experience preferred.
- Active IDOT documentation certification considered a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
