Project Manager - Transportation |

Role Overview

As a Project Manager - Transportation in the Chicago Region, you will manage and deliver a wide range of transportation projects, including:

• New roadway construction
• Roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction
• Traffic signal design and improvements
• Transportation planning and feasibility studies

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transportation projects across the Chicago Region.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Lead project teams and mentor engineering staff.
• Coordinate with public agencies and municipal clients.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IDOT standards, including Phase I and Phase II design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with MFT requirements preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

$110,000 - $140,000 base salary, depending on experience, with bonus potential.
