Job Description:

As a Client Service Specialist
, you will deliver best-in-class support to internal and external customers. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing heavy data entry while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders, price quotations, order statuses, and returns via phone and ticket-based systems.
• Communicate proactively with customers and product specialists to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up on requests through completion with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, flexible, and collaborative team player.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
