ITW Commercial Construction North America (CCNA), a division of ITW, includes trusted brands like Buildex® (Teks®, Sammys®), Red Head (Tru Bolt®, Tapcon®), Ramset (Trakfast®), and PNA®, serving professional contractors since 1910. We design and manufacture innovative fastening solutions for concrete, drywall, metal buildings, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC applications.

We are currently looking for a Buyer II to join our team! This individual will be based in Itasca IL facility and will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights, you will contribute to the development of product line outlooks that support the division's fulfillment and inventory objective.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor demand outlooks across key product categories.
- Participate in meetings with sales and marketing to ensure outlook data alignment and divisional growth objectives are on track.
- Develop working relationships with manufacturing sites to understand plant needs and expectations.
- Conduct weekly review of MRD targets to determine required planning actions for purchased finished goods, outside processing and components, from both domestic and offshore suppliers.
- Identify supply risks, discuss options to mitigate with manager and provide summarized weekly reports to management.
- Issue weekly purchase orders, monitor and ensure supplier delivery schedules are executed and communicated to the division.
- Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing partners to execute primary supplier strategies and ensure cost actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with project teams to execute new product development and annual PLS timelines to meet divisional and customer launch and ramp down timing.
- Drive efforts to achieve divisional metrics for Safety, Fill Rates, Margins and Inventory Levels.
- Lead supplier management communication using supplier scorecard metrics and divisional expectations.
- Learn and use the ITW Toolbox to streamline processes, maintain suitable inventory and eliminate waste.

- 3+ years of experience Demand Planning in a high volume finished good environment.
- Manufacturing background preferred
- Detailed-oriented, with the exceptional ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
- Above average Excel Skills with ability to perform Advanced formulas, V-Lookups, pivot tables, knowledge of Power BI a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Self-starter, a team player, result oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree with focus on Supply Chain, Business Administration or Operations required.
Compensation Information:
The pay range for this position is $76,000 to $90,000.
