Network Territory Manager - Northeast Region

Overview

Bosch is seeking a Network Territory Manager (Northeast region) to join our Product & Partner Management team within Roadside Protect. The role is remote, with the assigned territory in the East, and frequent travel throughout the territory. Candidate must reside within the assigned territory (preferably near a metropolitan area) and may be required to visit the corporate office as needed.

• The Network Territory Manager reports to the Director of Product & Partner Management for the Roadside Protect business unit. You will grow and manage contractor relationships to ensure delivery of roadside assistance services that meets quality and financial targets.
• Manage adherence to territory plan for service provider performance metrics (acceptance/arrival time, customer experience), claims cost, and in-network dispatch growth.
• Perform market bids to optimize markets with the best price/performance combination.
• Handle contracting and onboarding of towing and roadside assistance candidates post management approval.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and damage cases stemming from territory activity.
• Inspect towing facilities and equipment as needed to ensure contract compliance.
• Recruit towing and roadside assistance companies to ensure the territory is prepared to respond to service requests and meet/exceed standards.
• Analyze performance gaps and service issues and report findings to management, taking appropriate independent action.
• Collaborate with business to resolve billing disputes with contracted facilities.
• Attend towing association meetings, trade shows, etc., to maintain positive industry relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in account or vendor management, business consulting, business ownership, or fleet supervision with vendors/service providers/drivers.
• 5+ years’ experience with independent towing and roadside assistance companies in contracted environments.
• Experience in rate negotiation.
• Experience in territory management.
• Experience in complaint and damage handling.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for various needs and industry events.
