Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors
  • Support accounts receivable functions, following up on collections (working with 3rd party payment services, resending invoices, assisting on calls to resolve payment issues includes disbursement invoice monitoring – 7 day payment terms.)
  • Monitor WIP reports
  • Monitor, review for accuracy and process incoming overhead invoices
  • Maintain and organize office/kitchen supplies, prepare rooms for visitor meetings
  • Draft and send professional emails
  • Perform general office duties as needed
Required Skills
  • Must be detail oriented, a quick learner, organized and self-sufficient
  • Must be able to prioritize based on need which may change day to day
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Data entry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer service

This position requires making independent decisions on a daily basis:

Customer and Vendor Contact

This position requires a high level of contact with our customers, third party vendors (Airlines, Truckers), and overseas agents. Communication is a vital key to the successful management of our business. All contacts must be conducted in a professional and timely fashion.

Benefits and Pay Range

Full Benefits are provided including Medical, dental, vision, life, disability and 401k.

Pay Range $55-65k depending on experience

Education

High School or better.

Experience
