The role
We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

What We Are Looking For
Fluent Italian and English Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business3+ years in ocean freight operations

Hands-on experience working in Italy Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving

Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment

Salary range: 36.000 to 48.000 euros per year including a 10 percent annual bonus
