Front-End Web Software Engineer; Mid

Position: Front-End Web Software Engineer (Mid)
Location: Sant'Ambrogio di Torino

Join to apply for the Front-End Web Software Engineer (Mid) role  a Mid-Level Engineer, you will contribute to the development of new user-facing features using React and Next.js, help build reusable components and libraries for future use, translate designs and wireframes into high quality code, and optimize components for maximum performance. You will collaborate with other developers across regions, adhering to and contributing to Deltatre Engineering procedures, code conventions and best practices.
Responsibilities

Developing new user-facing features using React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Contributing to building reusable components and libraries for future use
Contributing to the improvement of web accessibility and the development and maintenance of widgets
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code
Optimizing components for performance across a range of devices and screen sizes including mobiles, tablets, and desktops
Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to analyze and implement technical requirements
Participating in technical discussions and proactively raising potential challenges or improvements
Writing unit tests and contributing to maintaining code quality through reviews and documentation
Following established engineering procedures, code conventions, and best practices
Staying up to date with Web development trends and sharing insights with the team

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant work experience as Front-End Web Engineer
Thorough understanding of React and Next.js and its core principles

Experience with HTML, Web Accessibility and Tailwind CSS
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript or Type Script

Experience with development and debugging on Web Widgets

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Fluent in verbal and written English
