Vendita assistita, taglio salumi e formaggi, preparazione confezioni.
Preparazione e allestimento:
Disosso prosciutti, apertura e taglio forme di formaggio, rifornimento banco frigo.
Servizio al cliente:
Accoglienza, consulenza e supporto alla clientela nel processo di acquisto.
Pulizia e igiene:
Pulizia accurata delle attrezzature (affettatrici, bilance) e del banco, nel rispetto delle norme HACCP.
