Who We Are Looking For
For our Superga outlet store in Scalo Milano, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant.
The Sales Assistant's goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining the store's appearance to encourage sales through order, cleanliness, and product range completeness. The role also involves ensuring courtesy, friendliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting customers during sales;
Managing and handling merchandise on display;
Replenishing stock to ensure high merchandise availability;
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, especially in fashion and footwear;
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexible schedules.

Contract Details
Initial fixed-term, part-time contract (20 hours/week).
