The JUNIOR PLANNER will have the opportunity to support the Merchandising Department in the definition of the product distribution strategy and the store clustering for our network of stores (offline/online) to maximize sales and profit while keeping inventory levels aligned with targets.
The resource will assist the team in supporting the product distribution and allocation across various stores (offline and online). The role involves contributing to basic analysis of space management, product trends, and sales data, with the aim of learning how to optimize store performance, manage inventory levels, and assist the team in achieving business objectives.
KEY CHALLENGES

Support in the definition of the store clustering
Support merchandisers in the definition of the quantity to order by article based on store clustering/distribution
Support in the defininition of the initial product allocation
Support in regrouping and replenishing products in season based on performance and stock level
Support in producing seasonal ratings for stores taking into consideration both sales and space and other store and product attributes
Support in plannig and changing the spatial mix in stores to reflect product trends
Support in planning ideal option counts for all stores that reflect the business calendar and local factors
Support in setting up trade calendar which identifies sales
Support in the managing new stock packages for store openings, closures and refits  CORE COMPETENCIES

University in progress, in particular in the Economic field
Good knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel
Attention to the analytical and numerical part
Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information
Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task
Good written and verbal communication skills  LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Italian
Good knowledge of English  LOCATION

Limena (PD)
Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
